Hi Kevin, Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a great job Dionisio did yesterday. Five of our seven misbehaving fans are now functional. Mark will be filling out a ticket for his (Dionisio’s) work yesterday and I’ll sign it when I’m on site today. We’d be grateful for a proposal to procure and replace the last two fan motors. Dionisio has all the pertinent information. Also, wanted to let you know how great it has been to work with Mark and the rest of the crew as the switchgear project comes in for a landing. During the shutdown on Wednesday, Mark communicated proactively with our team, always looping us in when there was something to report from PEPCO and checking with us at each turn, asking our priorities for load shedding and powering the building back up, working with us to accommodate. Your guys aren’t just skilled electricians, they’re good people. Yesterday, I was in the loading dock hallway when one of our unit owners came stumbling in with a bloodied face. There were two guys with shoulder bags on either side of him and, at a quick glance, I thought they were EMT’s. No. They were your guys…. Who didn’t even put down their tool bags when the rushed to the rescue. Seems that this unit owner fell in the area just outside of the loading dock door and – in a heartbeat – your team ran to assist and helped him get safely into the building. You can’t teach those skills to employees. Thanks for your team’s good work, on (and off) the job. Gratefully, Elizabeth

Good morning brother. Just wanted to take a moment to simply express my appreciation. I know at times Business is Business, but from the efforts Danny shows to push the FA project to working with Brian S. coordinating efforts in the field we sincerely appreciate everything. But where I am truly impressed at this very moment is the Andrews project. Kevin has traveled through the mud right along with me. The last two weeks getting ready for the outage yesterday was amazing. Between the hard-work Bill and his team performed during the last 2 weeks down to the actual outage yesterday which showed the skills, loyalty, and determination Specified Electric is will always be known for. In the end we understand that everything is a Team Effort, but what Seth and his team pulled off in the field yesterday was absolutely amazing. It was a long day but coordinating 4 teams of men to pull off the outage and provide a positive outcome was just amazing and really poetry in motion. Everyone brought their “A” game and never missed a beat, and even being a man short. Never once lost focus and still maintain composure, and humor. Please express my unwavering respect and appreciation to your entire team, with a little more going to Kevin and Seth. Thank you brother for dealing with my craziness and I appreciate both the professional and personal relationships we have developed and I truly hope SAF Inc and Specified Electrical work together for years to come. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Company outstanding support during the recent GWCC (USDA) Redundant Power Upgrade. Matt and his staff, personal efforts contributed significantly to the overall success of the Redundant Power Upgrade project to the GWCC Data Center. Their willingness and attitude, and the professional manner in which they conducted their business are greatly appreciated, and I would place particular emphasis on the 16th June 2011, when I approached Matt with many question about his project and what was required for the success of this upgrade.
