Hi Kevin, Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a great job Dionisio did yesterday. Five of our seven misbehaving fans are now functional. Mark will be filling out a ticket for his (Dionisio’s) work yesterday and I’ll sign it when I’m on site today. We’d be grateful for a proposal to procure and replace the last two fan motors. Dionisio has all the pertinent information. Also, wanted to let you know how great it has been to work with Mark and the rest of the crew as the switchgear project comes in for a landing. During the shutdown on Wednesday, Mark communicated proactively with our team, always looping us in when there was something to report from PEPCO and checking with us at each turn, asking our priorities for load shedding and powering the building back up, working with us to accommodate. Your guys aren’t just skilled electricians, they’re good people. Yesterday, I was in the loading dock hallway when one of our unit owners came stumbling in with a bloodied face. There were two guys with shoulder bags on either side of him and, at a quick glance, I thought they were EMT’s. No. They were your guys…. Who didn’t even put down their tool bags when the rushed to the rescue. Seems that this unit owner fell in the area just outside of the loading dock door and – in a heartbeat – your team ran to assist and helped him get safely into the building. You can’t teach those skills to employees. Thanks for your team’s good work, on (and off) the job. Gratefully, Elizabeth

I recently had the pleasure of working with Specified to help with the replacement of a light pole at the Naval Research Laboratory. Without going into detail, this was a light pole that we knocked over while replacing the steam lines along the perimeter of the facility on top of this, cameras and radio equipment is also attached to this pole. Despite being a relatively inexpensive issue, the effort in trying to organize and coordinate this replacement made it seem 10x the cost. Your company was referred to us by Desbuild, inc. That’s where I got in touch with Brandon Kaelin where he provided me a cost to replace the pole and all accessories, which was at a very fair price in my eyes. Mr. Kaelin, along with Brian Sheckells were very helpful in pulling this whole thing together. Specified went out of their way to be ready at a moments notice incase we got the go-ahead, and when it came down to it, Specified was there. As of yesterday, we got the all-good from Desbuild saying the pole was back up and running again, eliminating a pain in my back I’ve had since 4/23/2020.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how impressed I was your foreman Eric at The Quality Inn & Suites. The way he handled our project meeting last Friday morning made a good impression on all of the attendees. He knew what to say, and what not to say. He was professional, friendly and made us all look good. Thanks for everything.

On each project I get blessed with I take special note of anyone who goes beyond expectations insisting things go correctly in a timely manner, that everyone is safe and can see the craftsmanship involved is there for years for to all enjoy... On this Project Specified Electric never stopped to amaze me. This Gentleman was there early, stayed late, made extra phone calls and efforts to Building Engineering on numerous occasions during and after hours on his time insisting matters involving not only his trade but all trades were taken into consideration. From me -my humble position, I can not put into words my most sincerest appreciation and gratitude to have shared time with the Specified Team.

Specified has been one of the easiest and most accommodating low-voltage electricians we work with. As a project manager, I rely on my subcontractors to be flexible and quick to act and the team at Specified has lived up to that expectation every time.” This is my last week at Siemens as I’ve accepted an offer in Colorado and will move next week, but, it truly has been a pleasure working with you all. You’ve made my life much easier on several occasions. Happy to endorse you anytime.

Specified Electric was always ahead of schedule, easy to work with, and did a great job at communicating your plan on where you all were on uncompleted work and how you all were going to complete that work. If all our subcontractors performed as well as you, we would have no worries.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Company outstanding support during the recent GWCC (USDA) Redundant Power Upgrade. Matt and his staff, personal efforts contributed significantly to the overall success of the Redundant Power Upgrade project to the GWCC Data Center. Their willingness and attitude, and the professional manner in which they conducted their business are greatly appreciated, and I would place particular emphasis on the 16th June 2011, when I approached Matt with many question about his project and what was required for the success of this upgrade. Matt, took the time to answer every question I ask in detail giving me a understanding knowledge of the task, devices and tools involved in the job. I sincerely appreciate your Company commitment, and recognize your employees for their dedication. Congratulations on a job well done.

This is the third straight project in which my supers have asked me where did you get these electricians? They are awesome. Your whole team in the office and the field do really great work and have great attitudes. It makes it easy on us!
